    Alright, this in reference to the last post “Disappointed MTNL Customer“

    I wasn’t sure. I just checked again.

    Mumbai never had an unlimted plan.

    Surprisingly true.

    I think the reason is obvious. Mumbai have lot of rich people who are ready to pay more for additional downloads. So why would MTNL launch an unlimited plan. Get it????

    • MTNL Mumbai has a “new” unlimited plan — for a whopping 20,000 Rs. a month. If you live in Delhi though, you can get unlimited download from the same MTNL for Rs. 949. Go figure!
